The optimised 3D printed design results in a sub 300g weight, making the Go a true featherweight. Take it with you to the gym, to work, on holiday - literally anywhere you go!

Adjustment is fast - low to high with just a quick twist of the dial. While the poly-felt washers provide consistently smooth operation.

As with the Wringer Pro and Sport, it targets both extensor and flexor muscle groups in both forearms in a single, compact motion.
